We Make a folder that looks like control panel or recycle binwhen system admin (victim) tries to access it he'll get directed to the location Control Panel or Recycle Bin depending on the folder you namedBut if you try to access it using ftp or total commander you get straight into your folderLets Do this :-1. Make A folder , put some contents in it (if you wish to)2. Rename it "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"without the quotes to make it look like control panel3. Double click on it4. Voila you land into control panel5. INCREASE NET SPEED OF CABLE,ADSL OR DSL IN 1 MIN

1. make sure your logged on as actually "Administrator". do not log on with any account that just has administrator privileges.

2. start - run - type gpedit.msc (not available in home version)

3. expand the "local computer policy" branch

4. expand the "administrative templates" branch

5. expand the "network branch"

6. Highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler" in left window

7. in right window double click the "limit reservable bandwidth" setting

8. on setting tab check the "enabled" item

9.where it says "Bandwidth limit %" change it to read 0
